The following are the terms and conditions set to govern the transaction process carried out with www.alomos.co regarding the use of our marketplace site. We encourage users to read carefully because it affects the rights and obligations of users in the transaction.

By making a transaction at www.alomos.co the user has been deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all the contents of the Terms & Conditions made by www.alomos.co.

  1. Introduction
  • Alomos, powered by PointStar Pte Ltd, is a marketplace website that sells electronic devices for the workplace.
  • Alomos website is www.alomos.co.
  • Terms & Conditions are an agreement between the buyer and Alomos which contains a set of rules that govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and parties of Alomos.


  1. Account
  • In registering an account, the buyer is not charged any cost.


  1. Transactions
  • Buyers are required to go through the procedures set by Alomos, the buyer makes payment only by transferring to the Alomos account number that will be given directly to the buyer.
  • By submitting the order request form, the buyer agrees to be responsible for reading, understanding and agreeing to the information / description of the whole item (including but not limited to colour, quality and function) before making an offer or commitment to buy.
  • The buyer understands and agrees that Alomos does not supply or stock the goods and the turnaround time for the delivery will take up to 6-8 weeks.
  • Payment must be made within 7 days after price confirmation and stock information is provided by Alomos customer care representatives.
  • Buyers are required to provide confirmation of receipt of goods after the goods are sent.
  • Items that have been purchased cannot be exchanged. However, any discrepancies should be highlighted to customer care representatives within 48 hours of receiving the items.
  • refunds can only be made if:
    • There is an overpayment of the purchase price.
    • Goods ordered were found to be no longer produced.


  1. Price
  • Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Alomos shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
  • The price of the goods listed on the website is not a fixed price and will be confirmed by the Alomos customer care representative after the buyer checks out.
  • Prices written on the website are not included with the delivery charges and/or installation.
  • The Alomos site currently accepts payments according to the buyer’s local currency.


  1. Delivery
  • The delivery charges at Alomos uses the services of a courier company that has become a partner of Alomos.
  • Delivery charges will be informed to the buyer through Alomos customer care representative.
  • Returns of goods due to shipping mishandling must be reported within 48 hours after which Alomos will investigate within 7-14 working days.
  • Delivery charges for returned items may be borne by the buyer.
  • If the items purchased are out of stock, Alomos customer care representative will contact the buyer to inform the lead time required.
  • If the items purchased are in ready stock, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.


  1. Warranty & Return
  • Information regarding warranty and return of goods will be informed by Alomos customer care representative after the buyer checks out.


  1. Other Provisions
  • Anything that has not been and / or is not regulated in the specific terms and conditions in the feature will fully refer to Alomos’s terms and conditions in general.
