Welcome to www.alomos.co. The following are the terms and conditions set to govern the transaction process carried out with www.alomos.co regarding the use of our e-commerce site. We encourage users to read carefully because it affects the rights and obligations of users in the transaction.

By making a transaction at www.alomos.co the user has been deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all the contents of the Terms & Conditions made by www.alomos.co.

  1. Introduction
  • Alomos is an e-store, powered by PointStar that sells smart office devices for the workplace.
  • Alomos website is www.alomos.co.
  • Terms & Conditions are an agreement between the buyer and Alomos which contains a set of rules that govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and parties of Alomos.

 

  1. Account
  • In registering an account, the buyer is not charged any cost.

 

  1. Transaction
  • Buyers are required to go through the procedures set by Alomos, the buyer makes payment with a credit card.
  • When purchasing goods, the buyer agrees to be responsible for reading, understanding and agreeing to the information / description of the whole item (including but not limited to colour, quality and function) before making an offer or commitment to buy.
  • The buyer understands and agrees that minimum delivery takes 4 to 6 weeks for pre-order items upon payment received unless there is ready stock available.
  • Buyers are required to contact our Alomos officer if the total cart amount is more than SG$20,000.
  • Items that have been purchased cannot be returned if there is an error in the colour or product type.
  • Refunds can only be made if:
    • Goods ordered were found to be no longer produced.

 

  1. Price
  • The prices of goods listed on the website are the prices set by Alomos and can be changed at any time without notice.
  • Prices displayed on the website include delivery unless stated otherwise.

 

  1. Delivery
  • Alomos uses the services of a delivery company that has become a partner of Alomos.
  • Items that exclude delivery costs, or total cart amount >SG$20,000 will be informed to the buyer through Alomos officers.
  • Returns of goods due to delivery mishandling must be reported within 48 hours after which Alomos will investigate.
  • We deliver to all areas in Singapore except :
    • Changi Airport Cargo Centre
    • Jurong Island
    • All Offshore Islands of Singapore

 

  1. Warranty & Return
  • Buyers can contact our Alomos officer to enquire information regarding warranty and return of goods.

 

  1. Set up & Installation Services
  • The purchase of hardware on Alomos does not include installation services.

 

  1. Pre-order Products
  • Pre-orders must pay in full and expect 4-6 weeks of waiting time.

 

  1. Other Provisions
  • Anything that has not been and / or is not regulated in the specific terms and conditions in the feature will fully refer to Alomos’s terms and conditions in general.
